Processing Time:
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. They may take a few days, as we take the necessary time to prepare the package perfectly for safe and secure shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the package.
You will be able to view the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your order.
We use Colissimo with insurance, ensuring safe and secure delivery along with a tracking number.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the following destinations: All of Europe.

International Shipping:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, despite our best efforts, incidents may occur during transit.
Insurance Coverage: All our shipments are insured to protect your purchase. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please follow the steps below:

Provide Documentation: If the package is damaged, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the artwork.

File a Claim: We will file a claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the claim is resolved.

Our Responsibility: We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Customer Responsibility: Please inspect your package upon receipt. If you notice any damage, it is important to document it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving any shipping issues promptly.
